Solar Qazaqstan Awards

Celebrating Excellence in Solar Sector

Join us in recognizing and honoring the outstanding achievements and contributions in the sector with the Solar Qazaqstan Awards. These awards by an independent panel of judges aim to highlight the milestone projects, pioneering individuals, and innovative organisations that are driving the energy transition for a more sustainable future.

  • Entries are free and open to all registered participants of Energy Week.
  • Upon registration for Energy Week, participants will receive an optional entry form via email.
  • Each entry requires answers to two questions: a 200-word summary and a 1000-word explanation of why the nominee should win.
  • Optional submission of supporting quotes/comments from third parties is encouraged.

AWARD CATEGORIES

Judges

The judging panel consists of independent experts from the solar energy sector, including industry veterans, academics, and leaders from relevant organisations. Judges are selected based on their expertise, experience, and integrity to ensure an unbiased evaluation process. 

Scoring and Deliberation 

  • Judges will independently score each entry. 
  • Scores will be compiled and reviewed in a joint meeting where judges will discuss the top-scoring entries. 
  • Judges will deliberate to ensure a consensus on the winners, considering both quantitative scores and qualitative insights.
